A note of Thanks to my outstanding team…

Though I hope you all know how much your hard work is appreciated everyday, I want to take this opportunity to share with you the many adulations I have received from a multitude of sources regarding the excellent work from Delegata Teams…

CalPERS:
In the first week of August, I met with Mr. Jim Gomez and he spent over 20 minutes telling me how appreciative he is for a job well done at CalPERS. He congratulated us for our impressive success and said that he would share his feelings with others inside and outside of CalPERS. (I did not ask him to do this but he volunteered to share his Delegata experience with others.)

On August 7th, I received a call from Teri Lynch to congratulate me for our wonderful team and our outstanding Project Management in the MSS and IM projects. I also received an email in the same day from one of the Program Area managers regarding the "strong methodical approach" our ACES team is taking to secure the client success. On August 8th, I received an email of congratulations from a CalPERS manager as well as the users. To quote the tester of the new CalPERS Online: "You guys have done a great job on the redesign... Outstanding job of organizing a mountain of information!"

LDC:
In the beginning of August, we finished a major milestone at LDC. We conducted SDLC training and LDC Managers gave out certificates of completion at the end of the week to their team members. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail presented by the Delegata team.

ADP:
We conducted a successful kick off meeting in the beginning of August at ADP. The senior management commented to us on how impressed they were to see our team become so acquainted and knowledgeable of their organization within such a short time frame. In the beginning of September, we received an unsolicited compliment from a manger at ADP saying, "I'm only half-way through your Current State Analysis Version 1.0, but I have to say that I have never seen such a well-written, beautifully-formatted document! It's very, very, accessible. I'm impressed!"

This month and many others, I have received compliments on our good reputation in the market because of our New Business activities and presence and our strong delivery team. I thought I would share with you how the world sees you. Once again, I am proud to be one of you.

Thank you for the commitment and passion. I know how difficult it is to keep the customer happy and maintain a great reputation with all the challenges you face every day - but you all do it so well and make it look so easy. Great job team!
