Basma Marmosh
Basma joined us during her summer break from Sacramento State University as a student assistant.
She worked with Kim and administered front office duties. We will miss her as she goes back to school in the end
of August.
 


Megan Koppes
Our new Student Assistant, Megan, joined Delegata in the middle of August. She is assisting with front office duties until she returns to Santa Clara University at the end of September.
 

Matthew Yeseta
As the OOAD/UML Process Analyst, Matthew joined Delegata in the middle of August. He is a highly experienced Business Analyst with 5 years of experience with UML and RUP and he is well versed in SDLC; Use Cases; requirements gathering and JAD sessions.
 

Shariar Alam
As an experienced J2EE Developer with Oracle Portal experience, Shariar joined Delegata as a contractor in June 2002. He has worked with Oracle Portal and 9iAS
and is fully versed in JPDK installation and configuration. Prior to joining our team, he was a Senior J2EE Developer/ Architect at Hewlett Packard in Roseville.
 

Jim Hammons
Jim joined Delegata in the beginning of July as the LDC and ADP Project Manager. He has an extensive background in large-scale systems integration, OO data transformations, and managing pre-engagement and engagement relationships. Jim held project management roles at several leading companies such as Qwest Communications, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and Accenture.
 

Michael D'Alesandro
As our first Solutions Architect, Michael joined Delegata in the beginning of August, and will be working with our new business team. He is an experienced information technology executive with strengths in leadership, team building, technology consulting, communications and organizational development.
 

Muang Than
Muang joined Delegata in August as a contractor to assist in Java Development at the CalPERS site. He has extensive technical and design experience and was recently Lead Engineer at Apelon Inc. He also held the position of Senior Software Engineer at CyberPlus Corporation and Electronic Document Technology Singapore.
